Payment & Refund Policy

Robotics Club (“Company”, “We” or “Us” and their connotations) operates a website (URL: httpsss://qatarroboticsclub.com/) (together called as “Platform”) which is engaged in the service of online tutoring computer science to children.

The parents of the Child or users above 18 years of age are hereinafter referred to as “You”. The term “Users” for the purposes of these Terms shall be read as You and/ or Child.

 

 Payment Policy

  1. The pricing would vary as per the product and service chosen by the customer, it is solely the responsibility of the customer to validate and verify before making the payment. 
  2. The total price reflected in your billing will include the price of the course plus any applicable tax; such tax is based on the bill-to address and the tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the course. 
  3. The price for the courses offered by Robotics Club may change at any time, and courses do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
  4. The service of will be limited to the type product purchased. Irrespective of the type of product purchased, the fulfillment happens online and customer can view the relevant course/product/service under their profile. 
  5. The payment mechanism on the online platform are processed by a third party using a payment gateway and will be governed as per the agreement between the financial institute and the customer. Customer can contact the customer care for an alternate method of payment. 
  6.  Robotics Club is not liable for any fraud, unauthorized usage, delay in payment refund or reduction in refund amount due to this payment gateway. 
  7. It is the customers ownership to ensure the Tech Requirements are met before making payment of any of the courses.
 

Refund Policy

  1. If the customer reaches out to cancel the LIVE sessions due to lack of some problem with the trainer, then the trainer would be replaced with other available trainer at that point in time. 
  2. If the customer reaches out to cancel the LIVE sessions due to unsatisfaction from the course, they would have to speak to the customer care and explain the reason for cancellation post an action would be taken on mutual agreement. 
  3. The refund, if processed will be initiated immediately from Robotics Club’s end, however it might take time for money to be credited to your account as per the processing time of the payment gateway and your bank SLA. 
  4. Any fees if deducted during the payment/refund processing, will be reduced from the refund amount. 
  5. NO refund will be provided for any other service or course. 
 

Return Policy

 

1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or items are unopened and in the original packaging within 5 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@qatarroboticsclub.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Return of unopened items in the original packaging within 5 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase is accepted. If 5 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

3. Shipping of Returned Items

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
